Beef cattle farm for lease. Located in the suburb of Launceston, 10min’s drive from downtown Launceston. There’s accommodation on the farm. Rent to be negotiated. Leasing term is 5 years, and you have the option to extend the lease if you want to after 5 years.
We expect you to 1) have good experience in beef cattle business; 2) be economically capable without any bankruptcy, dishonesty or criminal records; 3) run the farm at a minimum herd of 100 in the 1st year, 150 in the 2nd year and 250 in the 3rd year; 4) not use the farm for other purposes and keep the farm business ongoing.
We’d like to hear the following from you: 1) your experience and financial capabilities; 2) annual rent expectation and payment terms; 3) any plans for running the farm.
