Melbourne-based family seeking 100+ acres to lease for private recreational motorcycle use. Not looking for a house — bare land only, or land with minimal improvements.
Rough, timbered, hilly or otherwise non-arable country is ideal. Steep gullies, old logging tracks, gorse, rocky ground — the paddocks you can't run stock on or crop are exactly what suits us.
We would ride weekends only, 2-4 adults and one teenager, trail bikes not motocross. Happy to take on fencing maintenance, weed control or firebreak upkeep as part of the arrangement. Public liability insurance in place. Long-term lease preferred, minimum 3 years.
Within roughly 2 hours of Yarra Glen — Kilmore, Broadford, Seymour, Yea, Alexandra, Kinglake, Healesville, Gippsland foothills all suit.
Budget negotiable and paid annually in advance.
