INTENDED USE
We are establishing a boutique, high-value artisan flower business. Our chosen flower is a low-impact, non-invasive crop requiring no heavy machinery. The land will be carefully maintained and improved throughout our tenancy.

PROPERTY REQUIREMENTS
•5 to 10 acres of well-drained, sandy-loam to loamy soil
• Existing dwelling — house or cottage in reasonable condition
• Existing shed or outbuilding suitable for processing and storage
• Water access — dam, bore, rainwater tank or scheme water
• North or north-east facing aspect preferred but not essential
• No heavy clay soils or known drainage issues

TENANCY OFFER
• Minimum 3-year lease, preference for 5 years with right of renewal
• Right of first refusal to purchase if owner elects to sell
• Full property care — fencing maintained, grounds kept, improvements welcomed
• Excellent rental references available on request
