This could be for you? - If you have played a team sport before, you would have probably had a coach. Coaches and sport go hand in hand. But why, when it comes to our life, our job or our business, do we tend to fend for ourselves and go it alone with our own opinions and ways?

I/we have been guilty of not utilising the strengths of people from outside our Farm Tender business to make our business better. However, just recently, we did utilise a coach to work on a couple of weaknesses we identified. We did it for about 12 months, got exactly what we wanted out of it and put it into practice. After that we moved on, kinda like how it works in sport.

So with that in mind, we have an offer, our friends at Farm Owners Academy (FOA) have kindly offered up 10 x 90-minute coaching, or as they call it, "strategic roadmap sessions". The first 10 Farmers that fill out this form (you must be a Farmer where your primary income is Farming) will get the opportunity to be selected for a session.

Note the FOA team have authority over who they choose. These guys (FOA) are fresh off their "Surviving and thriving in changing times" webinar, which attracted over 1000 Farmers yesterday. So this is a fantastic opportunity.
