Robbing Peter of the right to pay Paul - Getting paid or not getting paid is one of people's biggest fears in Ag. We hear it regularly, especially when the parties don't know each other. That is why we developed our NPS system. 

In Farming, sometimes we can't pay someone because another someone hasn't paid us. We hear this a lot. We call it the money-go-round.

We've been told of Supermarkets and other Corporates adopting 90-day terms for suppliers, many of them Farmers. In 2023, please tell me this is still not happening. It's robbing Peter of the right to pay Paul.

I think 30-day end-of-week payments for Grain are all but gone, thank goodness. Many Farmers are often doing the books and payments once a month or on a "rainy" day. If that's the case, try and do them twice a month, and you will contribute to reducing the size of the money-go-round. And if you sell something through Farm Tender, get us to do it. Just say NPS....
