Just like old times - In the past, the Field Days played an important role in establishing our Farm Tender business, and it got the brand out there to a much wider audience. Like others, these events have served us very well, and we would recommend anyone starting out to give it a crack. It gets you out there in front of your target audience, Farmers. One year we went to 25 different Field Days, which was pretty full on.

Most Field Days have changed alot and headed more down the Lifestyle track to attract a wider audience. So I would argue that they aren't as well patronised as they used to be. Farmer's now get their information from other sources like the internet, therefore some don't feel the need to attend each year.

So after a 5-year absence, we are going back, a once-off at least. Why? Well, because we have a new "start-up" Livestock selling model we call "Zero Commission Livestock Selling", and we want to replicate what we did and get this new product out in front of the Farmers and Agents. We will be at The Australian Wool and Sheep in Bendigo this Friday, Saturday and Sunday (14th, 15th & 16th). Site 242 we are, so call in and say g'day. I would love to have a chat about all things Livestock.

The Field Days have a great skill at keeping the exhibitors coming back. Reason being, is that businesses are worried if they don't attend, a competitor might get an advantage. I don't know how many times I have heard an exhibitor say they are not coming back, only to return next year and beyond. Old FOMO wins out again.
