WANTED Share Farming / Station Management Opportunity – WA Preferred

A couple looking for the right opportunity to build a long-term future in agriculture, with the goal of establishing a profitable farming enterprise and creating a future for our family.

We are primarily interested in Western Australia but are open to interstate opportunities for the right arrangement.

Between us, we bring extensive practical experience across sheep and cattle operations, livestock management, property management and general farm operations.

Sheep and property management experience includes:

* Managing Merino sheep operations, both large and small.
* Broad hands-on experience across sheep production and management.
* Livestock handling, husbandry and general sheep work.
* Managing livestock trucking yards and rural properties.
* Experience across cattle and general station operations.
* Strong practical skills, mechanical aptitude and a trade background.

Agricultural and livestock experience includes:

* Agricultural technical work specialising in livestock production.
* Stud and commercial cattle management.
* Sheep and cattle husbandry, breeding and livestock handling.
* Animal health, treatments and general livestock operations.
* Experience across dairy farming, feedlots and broader agricultural operations.
* Practical farm skills and a strong interest in improving productivity and building a sustainable enterprise.

We are open to a range of opportunities, including:

* Sheep share farming and managing an existing Merino flock.
* Sheep and cattle or mixed farming enterprises.
* Station or farm management arrangements.
* Profit-sharing agreements.
* Leasing a property with a potential pathway to ownership.
* Succession opportunities with farming families or landowners looking for someone to take on responsibility for their operation.

Ideally, we are looking for an opportunity with an on-property house and established infrastructure, including fencing, reliable water, yards and sheds. An existing livestock enterprise would be beneficial, but we are open to different arrangements and building an operation progressively.

We are flexible in how the arrangement could work, whether both of us work full-time in the business or one maintains outside employment while the enterprise is established.

Our aim is to find a genuine long-term opportunity where our experience and hard work can contribute to a successful operation, with the potential to grow the business and work towards greater responsibility, succession or ownership over time.
