WANTED Farm Succession, Share Farming or Staged Entry Opportunity

Seeking a genuine working farm or sizeable rural property where the owner is voluntarily considering succession, reducing their workload, bringing in an operator or transitioning the property over time. Open to paid work with on-farm accommodation, long-term lease, share farming, management with agreed milestones, vendor finance, staged purchase or a clearly valued labour-and-improvements equity pathway. I bring more than 15 years of commercial bricklaying experience plus landscaping, construction, property maintenance, machinery operation, electrical training and practical IT/business experience. Preferred areas are the Gold Coast hinterland, Springbrook, Scenic Rim and Southern Downs, but I will consider the right mountain or rural property farther afield. I am looking for a real long-term operating opportunity rather than a standard suburban home or retail-priced lifestyle block. A trial period is welcome. Any agreement should be voluntary, properly documented, independently advised and include fair milestones and exit terms.
