WANTED: 1 to 2ha fully fenced paddock to lease, within 25km of Brisbane CBD

I run a dog walking business in inner Brisbane and want to lease a securely fenced paddock to exercise supervised groups of dogs, weekdays only.

I need a secure fence, grass, trees and bonus points if you have water on the land.

Dogs will never go near livestock and will be supervised the whole time. All vaccinated and wormed. I'll also ask whether you bait with 1080, and if you do I'll tell you it won't work rather than risk it.

Rent negotiable for right land, paid monthly in advance. Public liability insurance with you named as an interested party. Written licence agreement. I slash and maintain the paddock at my cost, and nothing I bring is permanent.

Preferred Areas: Belmont, Gumdale, Chandler, Burbank, Rochedale, Pinkenba, Nudgee,
Brookfield and surrounds.
