Chain Bed Bale Feeder to Bale teaser. Carries 3 big square Bales on the bed
Long Conveyor that moves teased material away from the bale teaser. The Conveyor has a steaming unit incorporated for conditioning the teased product for further processing.
18.5 Kw Teco electric motor to run the bale teaser.
0.75 geared motor to run the big bale teaser.
2 X 55Kw motors and blower for keeping the conveyor belt clean.
3 Kw Teco geared motor to run the conveyor.
Total Electrical Control Solutions Switch board. This Switch Board cost on its own was over $50,000 and can control a whole processing facility. I.e. Bale Teaser and all its operations, All conveyors, Dust extraction systems, Processing Units, and end product bagging plant. This switch board will basically control all the machinery in a processing Building.
Complete Gas-powered water boiler system for the product steaming unit on the conveyor. (Pics to come of this)
The Bale Teaser and all articles included are in perfect working order.
