For sale. Moveable chicken abattoir. Licenced in Victoria by Primesafe until July 2023.
The abattoir consists of two fitted out forty foot refrigerator containers and an insulated trailer. The flow included a storage/dressing room, a processing/scalding plucking area, a gutting area, a quick chill, a boning room and a coolroom. WIWO situation as such includes everything needed to operate the abattoir.
Typically run by two or three people producing processing numbers of 300 chickens per day.
A chemical free process including air chilling resulted in excellent produce. Chickens were regularly tested to ensure maximum quality for human consumption, and consistently achieved excellent results.
Inspections by appointment welcome.
