The Federal Minister for Infrastructure and Transport, Darren Chester MP, recently announced the preferred corridor for Inland Rail between the NSW/QLD Border and Gowrie.
The corridor to progress to the next phase of design will go via Brookstead, Pittsworth and the Wellcamp-Charlton Industrial Precinct. The final design will be subject to planning and approvals process.
ARTC is committed to working with communities and landowners as a vital part of our planning and consultation work, and we value your input. Information sessions will provide more details about the preferred study corridor and our future work.
ARTC invites landholders to learn more about the NSW/QLD Border to Gowrie project by attending one of its upcoming information sessions in October and November. The meetings will follow a common format in that ARTC staff will provide an overview of the project and future work and steps, followed by questions from the floor. The meetings will be moderated so as to ensure all attendees have an opportunity to participate should they wish.
Seating is limited, so please register your attendance by phone 1800 732 761, or email email@example.com.
