Mecardo Analysis - Weekly Wool Forwards for week ending 14th December 2018

The last week of physical wool auctions before the Christmas recess saw steady activity on the forwards market with just five trades.

19 micron wool traded at 2,110¢ and 2,155¢ for May 2019. A trade for June 2019 was also struck at 2,125¢.

A single contract for 20 micron traded with a maturity date of February 2019 at 2,155¢.

A coarse fibre trade also dealt for 28 micron wool at 860¢.

No minimum price contracts or 18 micron futures contracts were traded this week.
