GrainCorp Harvest Update

Given the drought conditions this harvest, a significant share of production is expected to remain on farm or be delivered direct to domestic consumers.

Commentary
• Chickpeas are being delivered across Queensland with initial quality above expectations
• Early deliveries across northern NSW with good protein levels however this is offset by higher screenings
• Starting to see samples come into site across southern NSW and Victoria with positive signs on quality and yield
• Forecast storms may interrupt harvest activity across eastern Australia
• High cash prices are encouraging strong competition across GrainCorp sites for new season grain
