The Prime Ag Centre consistently aims to provide our members with the best price options for all farm inputs and Machinery, and Equipment. This is so important in the current climate with the current record-breaking prices of Fertiliser and Chemical.

Over the last 12 months or more, we have continued to seek out different chemical options. One of these options was to become a Community Builder with the FBN. The FBN offers delivered on Farm pricing, and their goal is to have the cheapest priced Chemical in Australia.

I recently attended the FBN CB Blueprint conference on the Gold Coast. It was interesting to learn about their model and how they would like to replicate what they are currently doing in the US. But will it translate here in Australia?

The feedback that I have received from some members is "Can't I just buy it from you", at this stage, there is no wholesale and retail option. How it works is we would sign you up to the FBN and then purchase directly from them.

Each time I am asked for a price on Chemical, I go to all of our suppliers to see where we can access supply as soon as possible and who has the best price. At this stage, we are yet to sign anyone up and purchase from the FBN, but with their vision in mind, it will be interesting to see where their pricing is at going forward.
