We all have it in our head that it's going to be a wet Spring. Check out the new Hay Report here.
Urea sales have slowed down in the last couple of days, as supply is still hard to find. Interestingly there are more people enquiring (than ever) about Fertiliser for the upcoming Summer and Winter Cropping programs. We hear of trouble in China with gas prices and ammonia production.
Last week was solid enough without being record-breaking like the week before.
We have seen strong sales for Self Propelled Windrowers/Mower Conditioners over the last 3 weeks. It's interesting that we have also sold plenty of the older style Tow Behind Windrowers as well. With the amount of Canola around, Farmers might be looking for a cheap backup if something goes wrong. We still have plenty of the Tow Behind ones for sale.
Trends for the last 7 days included Windrowers, Mobile Air Compressors, Sheep Handlers, Drop Deck Trailers, Flat Top Trailers, Urea, Tipper Trailers, Spreaders, Kelpie Pups, Offset Discs and Tractors.
On the Grains front, we sold Lupins for $460 and $500 a tonne, and Feed Oats for $220 and $235 a tonne.

This is what the sales guys said happened this week:
Shane said - Shane is currently on leave.
Paul said - It seems the status quo has remained, and most things Harvest are still hot property along with Trailers and Livestock Handling Equipment. We are starting to see Hay gear gather momentum and starting to be looked at.
We have unfortunately seen a recent Scammer, this so and so slipped through the cracks on the weekend. A reminder that if someone is pushing you to be paid ASAP, please reach out to us. If this happens on the weekend and you can't raise one of us please be patient and make contact with us via text or email if you can't raise anyone on the phone.
The vast majority of people won't demand deals start and finish on the weekend. If they do, you have to ask the question. Whilst we are continually trying to make it harder for these types of individuals to get on and be active on the site. Unfortunately, they are out there, and they are pests. At the end of the day, locks are only there to keep honest people out!
Mike said - In the last week, a lot of PTO Windrowers have sold. Along with a couple of stubble mulchers. The usual working Dog Pups are always popular and create huge interest. Air Compressors and Generators are moving. Self-Propelled Windrowers, especially imported ones, are selling as they arrive in the country.

Keep those listings coming and see what else sold here.
End of message.
