The not enough income solution - Things aren't as easy in Ag as they were, say, 2 years ago. We all know that. So when income is reduced and expenses creep up, we have to find other income sources to keep in the black.

So that means we have to think a little creatively, as you can't really change or add enterprises because that takes time. You have to assess what you have or what you are good at and work with that.

Join The Farmers Club. - We are getting a great response. 

I've been saying for a while that the Machinery and Equipment you have on the Farm can become another income stream. By doing a yearly assessment of what's needed and moving on to what's not can raise some much-needed funds. Consistently doing this will streamline the show.

Many are loathed to part with stuff because "they might need it one day" and get that. But a few bob earnt here might help out over there. I think hanging onto unused Machinery is a problem, and it may just help the not enough income solution. Could you walk the Farm and find 2 or 3 things you could potentially cash in?
