The Money Coach - As Farmers, some of us leave a bit on the table when it comes to knowing how to handle money.
Hayley Grosser, whom I now call "The Money Coach", did an awesome interview at FarmTender2024 last Friday. She outlined that for many of us, our minds aren't wired for success. We're not thinking like a successful Farmer.

So, we need to have a change of mindset about the subject of money, and when we do, things happen, and money finds us. The money is there, and it will come to you if you when you are in the right mindset. And the best thing about it is it's a learnt behaviour.
We need to be neutral when making decisions about money and take the emotion away. And don't be rigid; be open-minded about where it might come from.
