At Bendigo agents yarded 6,300 lambs and 2,200 sheep the quality was from from very good to plain with some lambs showing dryness in the wool, these lambs suitable for the paddock. Despite this there was a good offering of lambs suitable for the trade. Especially within the shorn lambs. There was a near full field of buyers however not all were fully active, some due to works shut down or slowed by Covid-19. Restocking competition was still in force on the light weight lambs, in a market despite the uncertainty was firm to slightly dearer over most categories, shorn lambs being most sort after.

New season light weights 12kg to 16kg lambs made from $106 to $162/head most of these returning to the paddock. Trade lambs 18kg to 22kg made from $136 to $188 averaging around 780c to 850c/kg cwt. Medium trade lambs 22kg to 26kgs made from $171 to $250/head averaging around 780c to 860/kg cwt. Heavy lambs over 26kgs made to $260/head. Hoggets made to $197/head.

Heavy crossbred ewes made to $210 with the well covered Merino ewes making between $132 and $185/head. Wethers from $161 to $21/head. The average run of Merino mutton made between 550c and 610c with very good wethers to 600c to 670c/kg cwt. Rams, terminal sires to $230/head.
