Ewes in Lamb are in high demand. We have active buyers chasing large mobs of Ewes in Lamb or with lambs at foot.

This week, the Cattle job in some selling centres would have been back 50 cents a kg.

Talking to one Feedlotter, he's nervous about where the Grain prices are going and the price of fuel to match. He was saying unless the exit price lifts, the margins are simply not there.

On a positive note, talking to a Processor, he was saying supply is tight. Therefore hopefully, we will see an increase in the slaughter prices across the East Coast. The only restraint at the moment is shipping, which is slowing everything down. But hopefully, once we overcome these obstacles, everything will get back to full swing, and what is an already incredibly strong market will keep getting stronger.
