Don't apologise for being ambitious - We have two young blokes who are coming to our FarmTender2024 - Entrepreneurs in Farming event in March, namely Sam Van Assche and Broden Holland. These guys are inspiring intelligent Farmers that are super ambitious.

Farmers are normally humble people and to get up on stage and start talking about the success of their business is not something Farmers do. So, when I interview these guys, I want to focus on what their ambitions are and the strategy behind getting there.

They have both built wonderful Farm businesses to this point, but it's the next chapter I think we'd be interested in. They both like pushing boundaries.

The education system teaches you the basics, how to get a job and house with a mortgage; that is how society wants us to live. But when you come across people who have fire in their belly, people who want to create things, people who don't care what other people think, people with ongoing ambition, it's exciting. They are the people to follow and learn from, no matter how old they are. When I interview these guys, I don't want them to apologise for their ambition. And if you have some, too, neither should you. What are some of your ambitions? Reply to dwaind@farmtender.com.au
