Buying new and second hand equipment and machinery is a big decision, and positive cashflow doesn’t always align with when that purchase needs to be made.

That’s where DelayPay comes in! If you’re looking to purchase ag gear on extended payment terms, you can with DelayPay.

It’s a super easy process that generally takes 24 hours, so if you’re ready to make a purchase we can be ready to make payment for that tractor or baler within 24 hours.

Even if you’re not ready immediately, it's always a good idea to get your limit in place so that when you are ready to go (if that tractor breaks down mid harvest or you need another chaser bin at short notice), we can take care of payment straight away.

Here’s what you need to know once you’re approved:

Our main requirement is to make sure your supplier knows to make the invoice out to us. We will send you these details and we’ll also follow up with them to make sure it’s all done correctly. NB: It's a good idea to get the invoice made out to DelayPay from the start of your transaction to avoid delays in changing over invoices, especially if delivery of the equipment or machinery is time critical.

Once you know your limit, you can use DelayPay to purchase via any supplier. We have accounts with some of the big guys to streamline things, but if it's your local supplier that is fine as well! We are happy to get an account with them in place to make it even easier next time around.

Once we have the invoice we send you your sales contract on 60, 90 or 180 day terms - whatever suits you best. When you sign we pay.

Keep in mind that you can use us for all your farm equipment and machinery from balers to quad bikes to pressure washers and headers…it’s a very long list!
You can make purchases between $5K to $250K, as long as you have a limit established that covers your purchase.
