An open letter to Elon Musk - Firstly, congratulations on your company Tesla, and what you have done thus far. You will disagree with this, but I think if you don't diversify, your market might be cooked.
So, to diversify, why don't you start building combustion Engine Vehicles and join all your other rivals who are trying to take your EV market share? It probably goes against what you stand for, but you would burn more rocket fuel through your SpaceX rockets than we would collectively use in fuel to plant the entire Australian Grain Crop. So, you are no anti-oil saint by any stretch.
Don't miss a thing. Join The Farmers Club.
If you want to become the biggest Car company in the world, you will have to head down this track. We are seeing the market share of EVs drop in the US. My opinion is that most people who want one have already got one. EVs might have a saturation point that is not far away.
I do see a lot of your cars on the road here in Australia, so you have done well, but every Car maker competitor is eating into your market; why not beat them at their own game by sucker-punching back? You probably think this is just another Aussie having a crack at you, but it's not; I just want to suggest something you may never have thought of yet. Take it or leave it. Kind regards.
