Tare 9330 GVM 23590. GCM 45000. Vin/Chassis number 406140
Rod Refurb on SAR
1 x tank setup for hydraulics.
Removed sump and found pin bearing, removed engine and re-spected reconditioned engine, re fit old flywheel housing, engine brakes, serviced alternator and starter motor, replaced all engine mounts, fitted engine to chassis
Replaced all fuel hoses for fuel tanks to engine
Replaced front cab mounts and bolts
Replaced exhaust from engine to muffler
Removed Steer box and serviced
Replaced steering unions
Replaced front left rear pins and bushes in spring
Service Horton fan hub
Machine flywheel and fitted new clutch
Replace steering boot
Replace throttle bushes and rose joints
Replace all power steering lines with filter
Service power steel pump
Calibrate engine dipstick
Replaced all bonnet mounts with new bushes
Replaced all Cross over bushes for fuel tanks
Replaced right side kingpin
Replaced all Steer wheel bearings
Replaced front steer cam with bushes
Replaced front Steer
Replaced gearbox oil
Replaced front drive brakes, with new S cams and bushes
Replace front drive wheel bearings
Replaced diff oils in both diff
Replaced three airbags on right hand side
Replaced three airbags on left hand side
Service Rad, replaced all rad mounts
Replaced all red hoses with new
Replaced engine oil and coolant, replaced air cleaners and all wet filters
Fitted new mudguards as needed
Fitted new tyres as needed
Carry out full chassis grease
Carry out full break adjustment
