I am seeking to share a Rural Property within 30mins drive of Williamtown NSW.
Maybe you have a large farm with 2 residences? Or maybe you are a landlord of a rural property.
I am seeking a comfortable house, a big shed for kennels and some land, 2-5 acres only, to establish my own Greyhound training facility away from neighbours.
The rest of the property can be yours to use as you wish. Cattle, sheep, motorbikes - I don't care.
I've tried all the traditional Real Estate methods.
I can pay up to $750/wk.
We own our own home and will rent it out - for that reason I am seeking as long a lease as possible as I don't want to have to pack and move again in 12 months time after setting everything up.
I don't like my chances here either but I am having a go.
