The offering represents an opportunity to acquire an aggregation of 542 hectares (approximately) of award winning, NASAA certified and partially irrigated farmland in the tightly held Marong region, west of Bendigo.

THE OPPORTUNITY
The 542 hectare (approximately) aggregation known as “Lyndale Park”, located in the tightly held Marong region west of Bendigo, is
currently operated as a NASAA organic certified mixed farming enterprise.

Primary agricultural activity conducted at Lyndale Park includes;

(a) Irrigated rotational cropping serving domestic and export hay markets.
(b) Texel sheep breeding (current DSE approximately 3.7 per hectare).

Irrigated Cropping
3 pivots covering 144 hectares (approximately).
High yielding summer and winter forage crops including lucerne, millet and oaten hay.*
Existing domestic and international supply contracts in place.

Texel Sheep Breeding
Organic premium quality meat.
