Description
We are a young couple who would love to lease up to 500 acres around Hamilton (Vic) to run sheep on. Sheep yards would be good but an arrangement to build could be made. Wool shed not essential. We can replace any fencing that might need doing and install poly pipe and troughs for water projects. We have a post driver and pipe layer. Materials at lessor’s expense. We would apply $20000 of fertiliser per year. We are looking for at least a five year term.
