Permitted Use

Licensee Obligations
• Compliance with the NSW Biosecurity Act, Local Land Services Act, NLIS requirements, and Animal Welfare Standards
• Protection and maintenance of land, including weed and pest control, fire safety, and prevention of overgrazing
• Public Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation (if applicable)
• Removal of all livestock, fencing, shelters, water systems, and equipment upon termination

2. Operational plan covering livestock type and numbers, grazing rotation, biosecurity, weed/pest management, watering system, and safety measures
