I have 2100 acres at Caldwell (between Barham & Deniliquin)…this country has been de-stocked since June and had 4 inches of rain last week
There are good cattle yards on farm…no other stock would be on farm water and fences are good..
I would suggest 700 to 800 lambing ewes or 70 to 80 cattle agisted for 12 months would around the mark
