Hi everyone,
I have a 150acre farmland available for lease or agistment. My farm is about 10 minutes just outside Echuca out the east that might be of interest to you, The farm does have a house and some sheds on the property which is occupied at the moment so its just the land that is available.
The grass is quite high at the moment from all the rain, so would be ideal for grazing in the paddocks or for farmers effected by the floods.
The fences are in good shape for cattle. I don't have a stockyard facility at this stage as the old one was pulled down, but we are in the process of getting new ones in the near future.
I recently had cattle on the property but it’s currently not in use at the moment. The property does have access to water and able to pump water onto the property also from the pump which is on the creek.
