100 acre Property Available for Agistment

We have approximately 41.2 ha or nearly 102 acres of beautifully balanced grazing country with a long 400 m frontage to the Branch River available for agistment. Located at The Branch NSW (via Stroud).

The 102 acres are broken into 7 main paddocks serviced by 5 dams and 4 troughs and well-positioned cattle yards. The property was previously home to a highland cattle herd however it has not been in use for a while.

We are looking to agist the property with cattle. The grass is quite high from all the rain, so would be ideal for grazing in paddocks, intensive grazing, or for farmers affected by floods.

The fences are in good shape for cattle and there is a new stockyard facility available for use. No caretaker or cattle services are provided.

The property does have a house and some sheds which are occupied at the moment so this is just the land that is available.

Agistment rate: $7/head/week
