Approximately 700m2 (650m2 plus 50m2 cantilevered canopy) 6 portal frames ( 5 bays), bay spacing 7.0m centres , 6.8m high at the walls, 3° pitch 7.65m height at ridge of roof purlin spacing set up for ( 5 rib/trimclad, not corry)
Approx 33m wide, offset centre post/ haunce, approx 19m one side, approx 14m the other.
13 x columns 360UB57. with fabricated haunches and stools for internal overhead cranes
6 x rafters long side 360UB51
2 x rafters short side 360UB 45
15 x struts 140 CHS 3.5
3 bracing frame assemblies (1 x transverse and 2 x longitudinal) 140CHS 3.5
Fly-braces 65 x4 Equal angle x approx 200 + (didn't count them)
approx 730 l/m of C200-15 new purlins/wall girts
purlin/ girt stiffeners, wire tensioners, all thread spacers etc.
bracing rods 20mm dia.
All bolts (8.8) removed from structure included.
We are removing and have for sale, part(700m2) of a complete shed (2350m2) that has been built on a title boundary, and is surplus to our needs.
Will leave constructed for inspection, and dismantle immediately upon contracted sale.
Also available at an additional cost, Overhead crane (never commissioned) bridge only- no hoist, span =18.2m, currently rated @3.2T unclear whether due to footings/columns/or the bridge dimensions itself. currently 3 bays (21m) or rails installed in other end of shed.
Additional portal frame/s also by negotiation. Not the whole shed though!
We will dis-assemble (approx 4 weeks, weather permitting) and/or transport for additional cost by negotiation. PDF drawings available.
