Advanced Remote Solution:

An advanced, self-monitoring, plug and play packaged sewage treatment system.
Specifically designed to treat waste to Class A standards, the system is ideal for remote
location developments, facilities or communities.

Uses a 5 step treatment train featuring flat sheet MBR ultrafiltration at its core.
Engineered to provide high quality effluent, suitable for a variety of reuse applications,
the system is scalable to handle flows of up to 500kL/day.

Benefit of Smart Design:

Packaged in a container, the bioreactor tanks are housed within the container structure
and safely accessed from a roof mounted platform. Pumps, aeration blowers and
dosing systems are housed within the climate controlled, lockable, control room
section, with access to monitoring and control systems via a large HMI Panel.

Automated Systems Management:

The brains of the ELEMENTZTM system is our ACTIVAITTM PLC which is preprogrammed
to manage your project specific needs, self-monitoring and adjusting for
optimum performance, requiring minimal operator supervision. With full remote
monitoring, system levels and operational data can be accessed and managed via the
ACTIVAITTM system on smartphone, PC or tablet.

Containerized Package:

Complete turnkey system packaged within a 40ft container, incorporating the following:
1. Primary screening using an automatic rotary drum screen
2. Secondary treatment using a MLE biological process with a pre-anoxic stage
3. Tertiary treatment featuring flat sheet MBR ultrafiltration modules
4. UV Sterilisation for optional added disinfection
5. Chlorine Dosing to provide residual disinfection.
