A complete commercial-grade greenhouse facility, dismantled in 2019 and ready to be reassembled. Manufactured by Harford Greenhouses (NZ), structural design by Lincoln University Department of Natural Resources Engineering.
Structure: 18m x 18m multi-span, peaked roof, 2.4m gutter height, galvanised steel frame. Engineered to 40 m/s wind (≈144 km/h) and 100 kPa minimum soil bearing, designed under NZS 4203:1989, AS 1250:1981 and NZS 1900 Ch. II. Original drawings included.
Climate control: Rotem REC-16 multi-zone controller (stored indoors), automated roof venting, automated internal shade cloth mechanicals, 2 x evaporative cooling units with ducting.
Growing systems: Nutrient dosing tank, galvanised propagation racking and plastic planters sufficient to fit out one 9m x 18m bay.
Included: Structural steel, hardware, electronics, gearmotors, ducting, control software on CD, original engineering drawings, photos taken during dismantling.
Note: Poly film will need replacing. Pickup Albury/Wodonga region.
