Grain Cleaning and Seed grading Facility . Will Consider all Offers

Comprising:
Top and tail CLEANING AND GRADING machine featuring:

*Three levels of screens
*Two vacuuming operations
*Agitation
* Separation by size and mass

INDENT CYLINDER to remove long weed seeds such as wild oats.
CYCLONE to collect dust .
DEAWNER to remove the beard from wheat.
SILOS - 2 x 1600 litre side opening
1 x 260 litre side opening.

The entire system is three phase powered and can be accommodated in a 10 metre x 3 metre space. Plenty of screens for grading of wheat, beans and peas is provided. The system is almost new and has had little use. The screens alone came to eight grand.

Required power is about 5.5 watt /415V three phase. A small generator can easily provide this power.

Entire system is near NEW and has completed almost no work.
Plenty of spare screens.
Surplus to current requirements.

1 tonne per hour for chick peas and faba beans ( easily increased- talk to me about how this is done).

Note: Installation will fit into a 40 foot curtain side container with enough storage at one end to store 8 Bulka Bags in a vermin free environment. A High Cube container is best suited for this installation.

Support: I can provide electrical schematic for your electrician, and design and specify any other equipment you need such as feed augers etc. I can also provide the control equipment to make the entire installation run smoothly and easily. If you send photos and a plan of the area you have in mind, I can help solve any issues in advance. I can also provide a one day training session for your staff on site for most parts of the eastern seaboard.
I will provide ongoing support and guidance for a further period of six months.
