3 Barrel DE Cleaner with implemented Kingsway snail roller

Selling highly modified 3 Barrel DE Cleaner. This was the first of it's kind with an implemented Kingsway snail roller. Has been used and built by a seed grading contractor (me) and meticulously mainted.

This is a fully functioning and field tested and operated unit unlike similar on the market. Have been running and fine tuning for 2 years to perfection the unit.

Cleaner is powered by a 23HP Vanguard with approx 300h on it. Snail Roller driven by a 37HP Vanguard with 269.5h on it. Oil changes every 50h. The reason using 2 motors is to be able to run cleaner by itself as snail roller can be bypassed if not in use. Snail roller can be slowed down to crushing @ 250RPM for gentle crushing i.e. lentils ,up to 600RPM for cereals. Have seen 45T/H on wheat through cleaner and roller, approx 22T/H for lentils depending on level of contamination.

Have various scalping and screening screens (see pics) as well as a replacement rubber roller for snail roller.

Main work has been lentils but have done beans,all type of cereals, even sand out of canola. Main outload auger has been extended to fill top of 420 bag bin. Both outload augers have doors for additional screens in them. Lights all round.
