Description
The mill is used to break up any clods organic soil.
The hopper can be loaded with a bobcat. of 2 metre width
The 1st conveyor belt removes the organic soil from the hopper at a rate that is adjustable.
The 2nd conveyor delivers the organic soil to the feed shoot above the mill.
The Mill is fitted with 54 x 3.5mm thick bisalloy blades, with a replacement set available.
The 3rd conveyor belt delivers the milled compost to a shoot that is designed for the filling of 20 or 25kb bags or stock piling for bobcat loading.
Variable speed of the mill and 2 x conveyor belts is achieved by the throtle & or the 4 speed gear box. This allows for rapid milling or reduced speed for baggin
Powered by a 4 cylinder Isuzu diesel motor.
The motor has always been reliable & well services
This equipment can mill up to 6m3 per hour.
