We are now selling a small selection of our best 2020 drop Wiltipoll breeding ewe stock at $350 each ex. GST. These ewes are part of our commercial farming program and are 100% Wiltipoll. They're showing great temperament and are easy to handle making them ideal for the hobby farmer or to bolster bloodlines in a larger Wiltipoll commercial farming operation. With so much demand for Wiltipolls I don't expect these Ewes will last long!
Each of the Ewes has been selected based on their strong black features (nose & feet), full poll (no horns), complete shedding quality and correct body shape and size.
Full blood Wiltipoll's are the ideal small holder lamb breed as they don't require shearing or crutching, are known to have higher birth multiples, are great mothers, are easy on the fencing and most importantly are a very hardy breed especially in the wet Victorian climate.
These 2020 drop Breeding Ewes have been highly sought after this year and we are making the last 30 available. They will be ready for joining this Spring. All have been Q drenched and 5in1 Vaccinated and have both purple NLIS and Visual ID tags.
Located in South Gippsland, approx 90 minutes from Melbourne CBD the ewes are ready for pickup or alternatively transport can be arranged for an additional cost. Please feel free to make contact and we'll come back to you to answer any of your questions.
