3 Australian Stud Book horses

We have 3 horses for sale. 2 mares and 1 stallion. All are thoroughbred foal registered with The Australian Stud Book at the Australian Jockey Club They are 2 sisters and a brother. All by Penthouse Flame (1995) ex Literary Disaster (1994)  We were told that Penthouse Flames father Towering Inferno was the only standing son of Mighty Tower who was by Vain. Mighty Tower had 33 starts for 6 wins, 10 2nds and 4 3rds. The stallion is his great grandson.The mares are 11 and 13. Never been served. Would make good brood mares with their breeding. One has a chronic foot problem that is easily kept in check with purple spray. She is happy to stand and eat whilst you spray it. These sisters are inseparable and thus we would like them to go together.The stallion is 9 years old and has never served anything. He is the chestnut.Now for the bad news. All are easy to move around if you call them but they have not been broken in. Due to our age (we are in our 70's and 80's),  ill health and the constant drought we need to find them new homes.We have a cattle ramp and race which they could go up to get on a truck. However we are incapable of helping in the forcing yard  as we cannot move quickly enough. So whoever comes must be able to load them themself.Happy to sign any transfer papers if required but any associated costs to be at purchasers expense.Asking $ 1200 if you take all 3.  This allows you to get them broken in and still make money if you need to resell. Will separate the stallion from mares if required. He would be $500. Mares $900. Not a lot of money for good blood horses. Please no doggers as it is a hard enough decision.
