I have a 14 month old desexed male Blue Australian Cattle dog who I’d like to find a farm for.
I’ve had him since 7 weeks old and he is the ultimate companion BUT after spending the last year with him, I can’t see how I can ever give him a life that really satisfies his instincts and drive.
He is from a working Cattle Station in NSW (full detail will be provided with prospective owners) and a long line of high drive cattle dogs.
As you can imagine this is a really hard decision to make and one I don’t take lightly but I think it will be the best for him long term.
Prospective new owners will need to provide adequate detail to show me that they are a stable, caring and knowledgeable dog owner so I know he is in safe hands. A police check will be appreciated and I am happy to pay for it. I’m in no rush as I’m more concerned about finding him a great home.
He is very healthy and has had no injuries or any kind of health concerns. I can provide full vet history etc.
He is very strong and fit. I have consistently provided him with ongoing obedience training and have kept him physically very active. He’s currently running 80-100ks per week alongside me. He is very food driven and will do anything for it - I’ve found him incredibly easy to train.
Please only serious new owners should make contact and do not be in any rush. I will not be giving him to just anyone and it will take as long as it needs to to make sure you are the right person for him.
For my own privacy, I will provide photos of him on request only as with any other detail about him.
