Baled into 1.2-1.3m x 1.23 m rounds, pressure wound up fully, solid tight bales.
Silage wrapped 6 layers, fit for transport, soft hands onsite.
Seller able to provide cartage at reasonable rate.
Baled a test run of 25 bales in dry conditions. Avg moisture 10-14%, these bales weighed over 300kg avg.
Every bales avg. moisture is under 35%, Majority baled with readings somewhere between 15 - 25%. With odd higher moisture spots.
Vetch originally destined for big squares, blown around by wind 10 days post cutting, making even curing difficult. 1 rain on windrow, however due to low soil moisture, there was no colour/moisture damage to vetch. Colour going into bale was beyond exceptional and no windrow mould.
