Our Pellets are made from a carefully selected balance of cereal grains, high energy fibre, and a nutritionally matched protein source.
Add to that a high quality mineral pack and the end product is:
• low in starch
-safer in regards to acidosis
• high energy
-optimum weight gain
• perfectly balanced
-protein aligned to energy to ensure maximum gain
With feed tests around 12.0 ME of energy, 16% protein, and 32.60 NDF customers are reporting average daily gains of 300-350 grams/HD/Day in ideal conditions.
Ingredients of our pellets can contain a selected mix of the below ingredients,
Barley, wheat, triticale (cereal grains)
High energy oaten, wheaten, clover and lucerne hay (fibre and protein)
Almond Hulls (high energy fibre)
Lupins, faba beans, soybeans, canola meal, and malt combings (protein source)
Animal health additives are also included to maintain optimal health and increase feed conversion, these include;
• Lasalocid Sodium (bovatec)
-to optimise feed conversion
• Acid Buff
-to minimise the risk of grain poisoning
• Ammonium salts
-to minimise the risk of urinary calculi
The pellets we make, we use in our own intensive feeding operation finishing up to 20,000 lambs per year. This means that the pellets we make are not made to a price or ease of manufacture, but are made to perform.
Pellets are available in bulk loads only, with very competitive Freight available in 12-33 tonne loads.
