URGENT SALE<br>It is a mixture of Sugars and Sucrose. <br>There is a slight caramelization of the product, so the colour wasn't<br>intended to be so dark.<br><br>Final Readings:<br>Brix: 70.6<br>pH : 6-7<br>Colour Visual: dark Brown as per attached.<br>Reducing Sugars: 98.6 (so, only 1.4 % of Sucrose)<br><br>Volume in storage: almost 25,000 litres of this dark coloured Invert Sugar<br>or approximately 30 wet tonnes.<br><br>Price is $0.10c per litre plus GST plus Transport<br>This is about a tenth of the cost and is an excellent buy.<br>
