APPLICATION TIMING
Trio S-Metolachlor 960 EC Herbicide should be applied to a moist soil before weeds and grasses have germinated. If conditions remain dry for a
period of 10 days after spraying, irrigation or a shallow cultivation may assist results.
Trio S-Metolachlor 960 EC Herbicide is a short residual, pre-emergent herbicide for the control of many annual grasses and broadleaf weeds. It acts mainly through shoot (coleoptile) absorption. Effectiveness depends on the occurrence of rainfall or irrigation to move it down into the top 3 to 4 cm of soil, where it must be present at the time of weed germination.
