TITLE OF POSITION: Business Development Manager
DEPARTMENT: Farm Tender Prime
SALARY & AWARD: To be negotiated
RESPONSIBLE TO: Chief Executive Officer, Dwain Duxson

1. What is Farm Tender Prime?

Farm Tender Prime is a newly created branch of the Farm Tender website. Farm Tender Prime is a subscription model that will create value for our 20,000 plus farmer members

2. Primary Objectives

The Business Deveopment Manager (BDM) will oversee Farm Tender Prime, its development and implementation. The BDM will be talking to Company Executives who deal in a wide range of Agricultural Products and Commodities. The BDM will also be marketing Farm Tender Prime to our Farm Tender Members and the eventual management of each subscriber.

3. Conditions of Employment

♣ This will be a work from home position
♣ Hours will be 8am to 5pm week days with flexibility
♣ Details of this position may be adapted to changing organisational requirements as determined
♣ All positions are subject to a probationary period of six (6) months. Ongoing employment will be subject to successful performance during this time.
♣ Some out of hours work will be required from time to time but will be managed in a manner that ensures work/life balance.
♣ There will be some travel involved
♣ Reporting and working with Farm Tender CEO Dwain Duxson

4. Specific Accountabilities

4.1 Contribute to the success of Farm Tender Prime by;
♣ Assisting with the establishment and ongoing development of Farm Tender Prime
♣ Management of the Farm Tender Prime subscribers
♣ Maintaining a strong understanding of Australian Agriculture
♣ Contributing to the achievement of the goals and overall objectives of Farm Tender Prime
