Mr Schell noted that the property is held as two Certificates of Title and was for sale in-one-line or as two separate offerings, including the main site and the silo site.

“The Millicent site will ideally appeal to grain producers and supply chain operators, feed lotters and dairies, syndicate purchasers and high net worth individuals,” Mr Schell said.

“Passive investors will also be interested in the leasing opportunities the storage space offers, potentially storing feed grain for supply to local dairy and beef livestock operators.”
