15,893 lambs were yarded, where the quality was very good with a large portion of the yarding coming off feed. All the usual buying group were in attendance and operating fully in a very strong market to see trade weight lambs $5 to $10 dearer and extra heavy export lambs up $10 to $15 dearer to top at $322/head.

Lambs back to paddock sold from $136 to $206/head. Light lambs suiting MK and bag orders sold from $148 to $188/head. Trade lambs, 18to 22kg, sold from $176 to $219/head. Lambs, 22 to 24kg, sold from $204 to $230/head. 4 score lambs, 24 to 26kg, sold from $226 to$242/head. Trade lambs made from 910c to 1,005c to average around 965c/kg cwt. Heavy, 26 to 30kg, lambs sold from $233 to $265 and over 30kg lambs sold from $254 to $322/head. Merino lambs over 18kg sold from $188 to $220/head.

5,600 sheep were yarded. The quality was plain to good, where the market was firm to $5/head dearer. Light weight sheep sold from $88 to$122/head. Medium weight sheep sold from $126 to $178/head. Heavy sheep, 24 to 30kg, sold from $162 to $240/head and over 30kg types sold from $206 to $297/head. Heavy Merino ewes averaged 730c, and heavy crossbred ewes averaged 695c/kg cwt. Heavy Merino wethers sold from $215 to $265 and medium weights sold from $141 to $171/head to average 710c/kg cwt. Merino rams sold to $149 and crossbred rams sold to $74/head
