Grain Storage Facility For Hire 12000 Ton

There are 2 sheds, each measure internally 23m wide x
48m deep x 5m high concrete. The roof is approx
45degree pitch and would be 12m high at the peak.

Approximately 6000 ton in each shed

My calculations are volume: 23x48x5 = 5500 cubic
metres to wall tops PLUS half as much again for the
roof. Therefore each shed should hold over 8000 cubic
metres if filled to maximum. I see no reason why this
cannot be acheived as it has a state of the art
receival system that could fill each shed to the brim.

Documentation suggests the receival system can shift
85t per hour. It can add chemical in during the
receival process. It is pnuematically controlled from
the ground with a selector for the shed and 6
selectable outlets in each shed roof. It is
semi-automated with an automated start sequence and
blockage protection.

24 hour and all weather access for unloading and has
a walkway for grain sampling from the trucks.

Does not have a weighbridge but there is a 3rd party
one 500m away.

We have leased them on a per tonne basis ($10 per
tonne, minimum 3000 tonne) but no exclusive access.
Alternatively something like $60k for one shed, $110k
for two - plus GST.
