Here is the conundrum and please understand, I am not trying to avoid any responsibilities, but-
I have no control over where your motor ends up,
I have no control over the installation,
I have no control over the maintenance,
I have no control over the use you put your RUNSUN motor to.
Here is what I ask. Admit, these motors are cheap. But they are designed to be exported all over the world and kept running for many years with minimal servicing and incompetent maintenance. So there are no special tools required to dismantle or service and every motor comes with a service manual and parts list that guides you through any repair process and parts ordering.
Easy to maintain, easy to own.
But if you have a problem, call me first. It is in my interests to have you happy and working, don't you think? If we can work intelligently together we can get you going asap. The problem is, I haven't had a warranty claim yet so I don't know how to respond. Call me if a problem does occur and we will work it out.
